XIAOQUE SHOP

Support & help

Keep every sale clear, from the first drink to the last receipt.

Quick answers

First sale

Add a product, select it at checkout, review the order, confirm the money arrived, then record the payment. Xiaoque records payments you confirm; it does not collect cash, card or wallet payments.

Backup and restore

Create and verify a local backup in Backup. When iCloud is enabled, use the same Apple Account to sync across devices. Export or verify your cloud backup before deleting the app.

Purchases

Weekly, monthly and annual plans renew through Apple. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Manage or cancel renewals in Apple subscription settings, and use Restore Purchases in the app to check entitlements again.
